There is one step from the main gate entrance into the garden.

The main front door has 4 steps into the villa.

The kitchen has a back door with one step from the garden into the villa.

The villa is on one level throughout the inside, but there are various levels from the villa to different areas in the garden, it would be better to ask us if you were in doubt. e.g. in the 2nd bedroom, there is only half a step from the bedroom patio door onto the garden.

 

Outside

Large terraces with good size 8 x 4 private pool, not too deep. with roman steps leading into pool. Tiled Sunbathing area around pool with Sunbeds and Umbrellas. Poolside bar with Fridge and bar stools, plus 2 Sofas and coffee table..

Two dining areas. One Dining table with chairs for 8 people by pool. Other garden table seats 6 outside the kitchen.

Coast/Beach

The Costa Del Beaches are only a two minute walk. Approx 150 metres! The house looks out over the Mediterranean. Beaches are varied, and there are many nearby, ideal for swimming, sun bathing etc., all very safe for children.

Snorkling:- there are several suitable beaches, within 5 minutes walk.

Naturlist Beaches;- El Faro newly appointed, only 10 minutes walk.

Inland Spain and beautiful rustic countryside starts only only a few minutes drive away.

 

Golf

El Chaparral Golf Course is only 2 minutes away. La Cala Golf, Santana Golf, La Noria Golf, La Cala Hills are all just a few minutes drive. Marbella Golf, Mijas Golf, Cabopino Golf and many others, distance 10 /15 minutes.

We have an arrangement with Chaparral, where we can obtain for you special discounted green fees.

The Stunning Club House at El Chaparral is an must to visit for Morning Coffee and pastries or Dinner on the lovely terraces overlooking 18th hole,it has some of the most wonderful views of the surrounding area.

 

Skiing

Sierra Nevada is now becoming one of the best ski resorts in Europe. Normally possible to ski from November to April/May

How to get there

Malaga airport is an easy 20 minute drive, Gibraltar about one hour.

Taxi service at top of the road, (1 min walk) or telephone, they speak English and only take a few minutes to arrive.

Local buses run to Marbella and Fuengirola, the bus stop is at the bottom of the road (150meters)

 

Local trains run from Fuengirola to Malaga Airport and Malaga city centre.

La Cala village 2 minute drive. Fuengirola 5 minutes

Marbella Town 15 minutes Puerto Banus is 20 minutes drive.

Mijas Village - 15 mins

Myramar Indoor shopping Centre and Cinema Complex - 2 mins

The fabulous still unspoiled Spanish country side is only minutes drive away. You can drive on super roads which have the most wonderful scenery and even in high

season they are uncrowded and a pleasure to drive on. We love it!

There are many Tapas Bars,Restaurants, supermarkets & banks etc. La Cala is also a beach resort and has many beach bars, beach restaurants etc. safe, sandy beaches very suitable for young children. These Beaches have been awarded Blue Flag.

La Cala has it's own market twice a week, where you will find local artisans selling their produce. Not to be missed!

For Children, there is the Local Zoo, Water Park, Sealife, numerous play parks, crazy golf, Many horse riding centres, etc, etc.

Cycling, By the Castle (2kms away) you can hire bikes and follow the cycle paths around the town or cycle along the sea front which streches for miles and miles.....

Many Good Large shopping centres around, the nearest is the Myramar Centre and then Fuengirola, both within minutes drive.

Restaurants: The Costa del Sol is full of excellent restaurants to suit all tastes and all budgets. We can give you a guide on this as this is one of our hobbies!

 

Booking notes

Bookings can be made and secured with a minimum of a deposit of £250 per week depending on length of stay. The balance can be paid in stages but must be fully paid a minimum of 8 weeks before the holiday commences.

 

There is an accidental damage deposit of £300, which can be paid in advance or on arrival. This will be refunded to your bank account after inspection n departure

 

House swap

House swap considered.
